Library®

Library is an identification, management and traceability documents software. Intended to all libraries and resource centers, Library enables to identify and to manage all your works: encyclopedias, books, collections, biographies, theses and reports using a RFID chip stuck without deterioration and risks on the interior of the binding desired work.
Real communication and interactive product, Library facilitates the design and the data bases management of all your resource center’s references: title, author, editor, publication’s year, work summary, physical localization by shelf…
Equipped of an internal search engine, Library allows to determine in real time the lent works situation, the borrowers’s list, the expected return’s date and the most consulted authors’s lists …
All its results can be published to Excel, Word or Text format in automatic mode for more comfort.
The returns management can be automated by a personalized e-mail sending to the borrower (x days before the expected return date) recalling him the title of the borrowed book and its date of return.
In event of no return at the envisaged date, a second e-mail is automatically prepared. The choice of a pre-parameterized postal mail is also planned for the borrowers which not have an e-mail. It is also possible to manage delay’s penalties so as to optimize your documentary park management. To answer to a growing need in term of mobility and flexibility and to facilitate the works’s arrangement, RFID chips reading can be ensured by Tablet PC or Pocket PC.
The external search engine enables to the borrower to consult - via a single password personal allotted by your care - (if this option is activated) - the works list by subject, author, editor, publication’s date, to hold the work if is not available, to write a comment after consultation allowing the other borrowers to take note and to locate it more easily in the library (topic, sector, shelf). Library is a data-processing solution completely customizable.

CD Tag®

CD Tag is an identification, management and traceability medias software. Intended to all hirings structures (videoclubs, specialized stores and interactives hiring terminals) CD Tag enables to identify and to manage all your medias : CD ROM, DVD ROM, VHS using a RFID chip directly stuck without deterioration and risks on the selected support. Equipped of an internal search engine, CD Tag manages the titles, the authors, the editors, the publication’s year and the physical localization of the support. The analysis engine enables to know in real time the situation of the in stock media. The data base is accessible on an Internet server and can be in relation with an e-shop… All the results can be published to Excel, Word or Text format in automatic mode for more comfort. Archivium is an identification, management and traceability files software. Intended to companies and organizations specialized in filing, Archivium enables you to identify and to manage all your files by using a RFID chip directly stuck on the files’s box which contains the detail of all the parts contained. Daily management and documents researchs are now facilitated. No more need to open the files’s box to seek a document : the engine search locates it for you in the data base.
