Dental Tag®

Dental Tag is an identification, traceability and management software of the dental prosthesis intended for the dental prosthesis laboratories and for the cabinets. Developed to answer to the traceability requirements of the dental prosthesis enacted by the European Directive 93/42 C, Dental Tag allows the identification of all prosthesis types produced by the laboratory (removable, irremovable, implantology, hybrid and orthodontics).
Dental Tag enables to record all the manufacturing process stages of the prosthesis according to a perfect chronology while indicating the following informations: Laboratory’s name, Operators’s name, Patient’s name, Dentist's surgery name, Prosthesis realization date, Used materials name, Batch number of materials for each type of produced prosthesis.
Dental Tag enables to record and to transfer the data relating to the prosthesis in a RFID smart card or in a nano chip inserted into the acrylic base of the prosthesis. The laboratory can then deliver its prosthesis to the cabinet accompanied by the RFID smart card or by the nano chip in order to exchange this information in all security and with a maximum of confidentiality.
In order to eliminate the manual information collection, the errors risks, the wastes of time, the heaviness and the absence of interactivity of the paper, Dental Tag enables to the laboratory to dissociate from its competitors thanks to a single competitive advantage.

Dental Chip®

Dental Chip is an identification, traceability and management software for materials and dental products inventory control intended for dental prosthesis laboratories and for cabinets. Dental Chip allows the identification, the traceability, the materials and the dental products inventory control of each kind of case.
This solution has been developed to guarantee the materials and the dental products validities (expiry date) and to control the stocks states (quantity entered and left of stocks, update supplier, replacement product, people identification for whom each in stock products has been used).
This solution constitutes a genuine control tool facilitating the daily stock management and which enables to alert the laboratory or the cabinet of the presence in stock of an out-of-date product but also of the reach of the criticizes thereshold renewal of a product in order to avoid the out-of-stock condition.
Intelligent product, Dental Chip enables to publish the purchase order of materials or products exhausted to the paper format or by e-mail in order to ensure its automatic restocking. Dental Chip is available for PC and Pocket PC in the following languages: English, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, German and French.

Nobilium Tracing®

Nobilium Tracing is an identification, traceability and management software of alloys produced and distributed by Nobilium.
Developed to answer to the dental prosthesis laboratories’s desires under Nobilium license and to the dental prosthesis traceability requirements enacted by the European Directive 93/42 C, Nobilium Tracing enables to trace the prosthesis produced with alloys Nobilium by identifying all the products entering into the prosthesis composition.
This on demand solution, pledge of quality and of flexibility use, enables to affirm the values of Nobilium and of its partners. Nobilium Tracing is a product reserved to the dental prosthesis laboratories under Nobilium license.

Character Tracing®

Character Tracing is an identification, traceability and management software of alloys produced and distributed by Character.
Developed to answer to the dental prosthesis laboratories’s desires under Character license and to the dental prosthesis traceability requirements enacted by the European Directive 93/42 C, Character Tracing enables to trace the prosthesis produced with alloys Character by identifying all the products entering into the prosthesis composition.

Apis®

Apis is an identification, management and traceability software for dental prosthesis maintenance in hospital and medicalized fields.
A recent study shows that 98.6% of the old people's homes residents carry a dental prosthesis, among which 35.8% need a daily assistance for maintenance and cleaning.
This task of paramount hygiene to prevent all the nuisances related to alitose often amplified by the catch of drugs, is allocated to the establishment’s looking after personnel.
The most frequently used cleaning system is the ultra sounds vat which has excellent in-depth cleaning qualities. In order to facilitate the looking after personnel’s work and to completely remove the risks of errors, Apis associated to a simple and rigorous implementation procedure has been developed at the request of many establishments.
Allowing to restore the daily history maintenance and to identify the prosthesis’s carrier thanks to the following information: (Name of the old people's home, Resident’s name, Resident’s first name, Room or apartment’s number, Entry date in the residence, Name of the dental surgeon or cares center to contact in the event of problem, Identity of the care agent).
Apis is a simple solution to remove the errors risks, to determine the last cleaning date of the prosthesis and to facilitate the looking after personnel’s work.

Surgery®

Surgery is an identification, management and traceability software of surgical instruments. Intended for the dentist's surgery, Surgery has been developed to identify, to trace and to manage the surgical instruments of the dentist's surgery.
This product enables to record the surgical instruments in the intervention’s operational report, to publish the surgical instruments inventory after each intervention and to automatically initialize a new sterilization’s cycle after each intervention.
Many specificities which answer to a simple need: to optimize the surgical instruments management and sterilization in order to remove lapses memory risks and accidents and to ensure a perfect medical control.

Simulator®

Simulator is an identification, management and traceability software of dental articulators.
Developed to identify, to trace and to manage the dental articulators park of the prothesists, Simulator enables to record the specific adjustments values of the patient in course of treatment and to exchange the data relating to the patient between the prothesist and the dentist’s surgery.
Genuine assistance tool of management, Simulator’s assets resides in the permanent articulator’s localization and into its perfect attribution to the patient without any errors risks.
With an aim of optimizing the daily management of the dental articulators’s park and of realizing savings, Simulator has an alarm function in the event of delay or memory lapse of the articulator.
